At Native Gym, we are committed to providing top-tier fitness experiences, programs, and services. Due to the nature of our business and the commitment of resources, all payments made to Native Gym are final and non-refundable. This policy applies to all membership types, training sessions, classes, and physical products.

1. General Policy on Payments

All payments, including but not limited to:

  • Membership fees (monthly, quarterly, annual)

  • Class or training session bookings

  • Personal training packages

  • Special programs and promotions

  • Products (e.g., supplements, apparel, accessories)

are non-refundable once payment has been processed, regardless of usage, attendance, or personal circumstances.

2. Why This Policy Exists

Our No Refund Policy helps ensure that:

  • Space and time slots are allocated fairly and efficiently

  • Trainers and staff resources are scheduled and compensated properly

  • Equipment and facility access are reserved and maintained in advance

  • Discounted or promotional rates are honored as commitments

This policy supports our ability to maintain a consistent and high-quality gym environment for all members.

3. Missed or Unused Sessions

If you are unable to attend a scheduled session:

  • The session cannot be refunded

  • We may, at our discretion, allow a reschedule if notified at least 24 hours in advance

  • Missed sessions due to illness, travel, or emergencies will not be refunded, though a make-up session may be offered in rare cases based on availability and management approval

4. Product Sales

All physical products (e.g., supplements, gym wear, accessories) purchased through Native Gym are final sale. Returns or refunds are not accepted, except in cases of:

  • Defective or damaged items at the time of delivery

  • Incorrect items received, provided they are reported within 48 hours of purchase

5. Exceptions (if any)

We do not offer refunds except where required by law. However, in rare, verifiable medical emergencies that prevent further gym use, you may contact us to request a membership suspension or transfer, subject to management review and approval. Refunds will not be issued under any circumstance.
